Elise + Brian | Elegant Barn Wedding at the Rustic Manor 1848 | Hartland, WI

I should probably apologize in advance for the large number of images in this post, but start scrolling and you'll understand why! Elise and Brian's wedding day was one of my favorites for sure!! Not only was everything they planned just stunning, but they are just the sweetest couple and wanted to plan a day that was super fun for their family and friends. 

A few of the details that I'll touch on quick are Elise's tulle skirt that went over her dress (genius!), the soft muted tones and patterns of the bridesmaids dresses (ummm, love!!) and the mix of rustic charm of the barn venue with elegant touches (give me more of this please!).

I could go on and on about this day, but because of the large number of images I'll keep it brief and just leave you with this, that probably my favorite part of the day was how Elise kept asking for the day to just slow down. This couple just wanted to soak up every moment of their wedding day and for it to never end. Kristin + Alex | Sugarland Rustic Barn Wedding | Arena, Wisconsin

I'm digging deep in my hard drives this week to feature a wedding from a few years ago! I've been traveling a lot lately and kind of missing home, so I thought it would be fun to feature a wedding that was more unique to Wisconsin! When anyone thinks of Wisconsin they immediately think of beer and cheese, but I love to think of the rolling hills that are dotted with beautiful red barns. Kristin and Alex chose one of those barns for their charming wedding venue!

Sugarland has a beautiful farmhouse for couples to get ready in, but then the barn is kind of a blank canvas for couples to make their own. Kristin and Alex chose beautiful rustic details to enhance the barn and give it even more character! My favorite detail though has to be the gorgeous combination of flowers in Kristin's bouquet.
